Refund and Returns Policy

At shop.crazeegames.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags (price tags, brand tags) intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or socks.
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
  • Customized or personalized clothing.

3. Exchange Policy

If you have received a size that doesn’t fit, we offer a one-time exchange for the same product in a different size (subject to stock availability). If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damage or the wrong item received along with the invoice.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [Your Email Address] with your Order ID and the reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the package back.
  3. Note: Depending on your location, we may offer a reverse pickup, or you might need to self-ship the item.

6. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped (whichever is earlier). Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our return policy.
